How I Work

From idea to revenue.

I own the full lifecycle — strategy, design, code, and go-to-market. Here's how I ship.

Understand the Business

I start with the outcome, not the feature. Who's paying? What's the pricing? What's the competition doing? I've run P&Ls — I think in revenue and retention, not user stories.

Write the Spec

Detailed specs that translate business intent into buildable plans. Clear enough to debate with stakeholders, precise enough to hand off to any engineer. No ambiguity, no back-and-forth.

Build It

I ship production React, not Figma prototypes. Using Claude Code and Cursor, I go from spec to deployed product in days. I handle architecture and decisions — AI handles syntax.

I don't hand off and walk away. Analytics, customer feedback, pricing tweaks, iteration — I own the outcome end-to-end, from first commit to MRR.

My Story

What I've learned from 7 years of building.

After 7 years of building my own companies, I've learned what I'm good at and what I need.


I'm good at going from zero to one. I started a mobile app agency right out of college, then built Crove (document automation SaaS, $500K in sales) and eSahayak (legal-tech, $25K MRR, 100K monthly visitors). I can think about product strategy and then actually build it — production React, not just PRDs.

What I need is leverage. Small teams move fast but hit ceilings — in distribution, in hiring, in focus. I want to bring founder energy to a startup where I can go deep on one product with real resources behind it.
